Ok We have heard so much about this restaurant that we found on in Albq, yesterday when we was down there for Edwins doctor appointment, I am sorry to say the food was ok but it is not a place I would run and go to again, I guess mine and edwins taste buds are just different, and we just thought there was not much flavor to any of the foods, the place was lovely and the service was great, but sorry it was not for me and edwin.
Any who Edwin has to have surgery, but do to his size he was told he has to loose weight before they can do so, or the surgery will not be successful because of how bad his stoma has herniated (ostomy) there is allot of scare tissue in that area that they are going to have to cute out, they were very concerned about the break down in his skin in and around his ostomy sight. So they called in the nurse who specializes in ostomys and she said that edwin has been rearing the wrong size, that the size he has been rearing has been irritating his stoma area also, so she refitted him, she also was upset that all these years that edwin has had his ostomy that we are just now getting the right kind of help, she also fitted edwin with a hernia belt which is designed especially for ostomy patients which is going to help him allot you can already see the difference on him when he has it on, and it just made him so happy that now his stumick area looks normal again. This nurse even gave us her cell phone number just in case edwin had any question or concerns about anything, Oh and they also told edwin if he is unable to loose the weight on his own that they would have to do the lap band surgery and they do not do that surgery in Albq, that we would have to go to Denver for that, So we have opt to try and loose the Weight on our own, We are doing this together cause my doctor told me to loose a few pounds also, cause of some things going on with my health to but thats a whole nother story. Edwin has another appointment in Albq on Jan. 6, 2009. Well I think I covered everything,
